Farm to Fork allows us to trace back each pack of ham to the farmer where the pork was reared and also ensures that the pigs were reared to the highest standards. We have extended our family to include a number of specially selected farmers, along with Stauntons, a farm owned business in Timoleague, Co. Cork. Brady Family Hand Carved Range

The Hand Carved range of pre pack cooked meats from Brady Family consists of both Crumbed and Glazed Ham. Low in Fat, the range contains no artificial colourings or flavourings, are Bord Bia approved, with farm to fork traceability. Each slice is carefully hand carved, so that you can enjoy the unique taste and flavour of Brady Family ham. The Hand Carved range is available in 140g packs.

Brady Family Thicker Cut

The Thicker Cut offering from Brady Family ham consists of three varieties: Traditional Ham, Crumbed Ham and Crumbed Ham Family Pack. It is low in fat, Bord Bia approved, with full farm to fork traceability. The 130g pack contains 5 servings, while the 260g family pack contains 10 slices of crumbed ham for you to enjoy.

Brady Family Deli Style

Each pack of Brady Family Deli Style Ham is 100g in weight, with the Family pack weighing 200g. Available in 3 varieties – Traditional Ham, Crumbed Ham and Crumbed Ham Family pack, this range is low in fat, Bord Bia approved, with full farm to fork traceability. The ham is pre pack in a clear tray so that you can clearly see the quality of the cooked meat.
