Croque M'sieu
4 slices of buttered white bread2 slices of Brady Traditional Cooked Ham
4 Slices of cheese
1 tsp of butter
- Prepare slices of buttered white bread, top half with Brady Family Traditional Cooked Ham and sliced or grated Emmenthal style cheese, add the remaining buttered bread and press firmly together.
- Trim off the crusts, cut into fingers and fry in a little hot butter or oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on Kitchen paper and serve hot.
